This website is owned and operated by PAIR BEARS. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors jewellery and handcrafted greeting cards]. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

For any damaged product on receipt, you must contact Pair Bears within 2 days of receiving your items. Email: sales@pairbears.com.au and advise you have a faulty item.

Pair Bears will send you a form to fill out with all the details which must be submitted by the next business day.

You will be requested to attach pictures of what is considered to be the fault and we will determine and advise course of action. should you be eligible for return,  Pair Bears will issue you with a RETURN number and the process to  return your item. 

DO NOT just send the item back to us or it will void any replacement / repair.   Goods sent back without a return number will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Items which have been abused or misused will be void of any exchange or refund.

Please keep your original receipt which is to be returned with the product.

full instructions will be emailed to you so there is no confusion.

Pair Bears do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

Should the item be faulty in any way within 14 days of receipt of goods, the same policy applies as above. You must contact PAIR BEARS with the information and await an email.

Items which have been damaged by harsh chemicals or water damage are not eligible for refund or exchange as it is clearly advised on any documentation you are provided.
